Departmental Project 3 – Introduction
The project site for Departmental Project 3 of the autumn semester 2015 is Érdliget (see the site plan enclosed), where we will tackle with the examination and development of the subcentre. The design project consists of planning different moderately complex public buildings. The programs are different, rating from playhouse, sports club, beauty saloon, a hotel with 25 bedrooms and office building for an IT company. There will be different programs of ca. 800-1000 m2 depending on the size of the design sites.
