“… in the footsteps of modern architecture…” Research
Group: the research is based on study trips and working up the relevant
literature. It aims to reveal important moments and correlations of modernism
that do not necessarily belong to the mainstream modern. We focus on East Germany,
Silesia, the Baltic Region, Central-Eastern Europe, the Italian modern, the
modern in Africa and the Middle East.
